TERMS OF SERVICE

I reserve the right to deny your commission for personal reasons.
By purchasing a commission from me, you agree to the following terms.

PAYMENT

> Commissions are for personal/non-commercial use only.> Payment is upfront in full, and through PayPal only, in Euro. The artist will provide an invoice.> Additional fees may apply based on the complexity of designs or the commission as a whole.

PROGRESS AND REFUNDS

> You must provide a clear and workable reference images for your commission.> You may request progress reports during the process.> You may request major edits during the sketch stage and lineart stage.> You may request minor edits during the flat color stage and rendering stage.> If the order is cancelled before sketch cleaning stage, 100% of the payment will be refunded.>If the order is cancelled during the sketching or lineart stages, 75% of the payment will be refunded.> If the order is cancelled during the flat color or rendering stage, 40% of the payment will be refunded.> The order may only be cancelled due to serious complications, or if the artist cannot fulfill it.

OTHER

> You are strictly prohibited from using my art for generative AI learning, or an NFT.> The artist retains full copyright over the created image.> The artist reserves the right to use your commission to advertise their work on my social media accounts, and in my portfolio. You may request your commission to not be posted or used.> You may not alter the commission in any way.> You may use the artwork purchased as a profile picture or profile banner with proper credit. You must ask the artist beforehand.> You may repost the commission on other platforms with proper credit. You must ask the artist beforehand.

The artist reserves the right to alter and edit these terms at any time.
